Kenneth R. Brown, Jr. is the founder of Paradigm Strategic Partners and serves as Chief of Police for the Port of Galveston Police Department. With nearly three decades of law enforcement leadership experience, he brings practical operational insight to every consulting engagement.
Chief Brown is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds advanced degrees in public administration and leadership. His career spans patrol operations, command leadership, training development, and executive management.
